Call when it will not latch, it sticks, or the unit is already purchased. Send the size, or a photo with a tape in the frame, so the first trip is useful.
We travel from 41031 for a clear door job. If you already bought the unit, leave it in the box until we see the opening. Forcing a prehung into an out-of-square Paris jamb is how the job gets expensive.
